Thabat Ventures uses this page to explain how a company-setup enquiry is handled. It is not a claim of a certification, a registration number, or a data-protection officer appointment.
What this privacy page covers
This notice covers the public website at www.thabatventures.ae and the company-setup form on Contact. It does not cover third-party sites, banks, free-zone portals or government filing systems you may use after a quote.
We do not load analytics, advertising pixels or social tracking on these pages. If that changes, this page will say so before any tracker is added.
What we collect on the contact form
The form asks for a name, work email, phone number, emirate, mainland or free zone preference, and a short brief. Those fields exist so a person can reply about company formation. Do not send passport scans, Emirates ID copies or bank statements through this form.
A hidden field is used only to ignore automated posts. It is not used for marketing.
How we use an enquiry
We use the message to reply about business setup in the UAE, to say whether a route needs a written review, and to quote paid licence work after the facts are clear. We do not sell the list. We do not add you to a newsletter from this form.
The office listed on this site is Building-4, Al Suq Al Kabeer, Opp. Concorde Palace Hotel, Bur Dubai. The UAE line is +971-565016252.
How long we keep a message
We keep an enquiry long enough to answer it and to reconstruct the quote if you write back about the same company. We do not publish enquiries. If you want a message deleted, write to the same form or call the UAE line and name the email you used.
UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (PDPL) is the privacy statute that applies to personal data processed in the UAE. This page is a plain notice, not legal advice.
Your choices
You can use the phone number instead of the form. You can ask what we still hold about an enquiry you sent. Terms cover the website text. Company-setup questions start at Business Setup in Dubai.
